Avantirooms.com are part of the Avanti Group based in Wigan, Greater Manchester who for the past eight years have been trading as Avanti Travel dealing with private villa owners and supplying quality Florida Villas along with other travel extras.

We are members of CFPMA the Central Florida Property Managers Association and ASTA the American Society of Travel Agents as well as being founder members of AITA the Association of Independent Travel Agents here in the UK. We are also Visit Florida Partners.

Our web site is made secure by Equifax now owned by Geo Trust, the leading name in web site security, all credit card details are securely encrypted and all payments are made through PROTX and STREAMLINE directly into our trust account at the Royal Bank of Scotland.

TRUST FUND

We act as Agents providing Accommodation only. Once you make a reservation and pay for your booking, your funds are held in a special Trust Account, Payment to the hotel for your accommodation will only be made on the day you arrive at your hotel. The Trust Account is controlled by the company Solicitor and Accountant.

INSURANCE

As a responsible Travel Agent, your total safety and satisfaction is of prime importance. We carry Public & Product Liability cover together with professional indemnity. This in no way replaces your own personal insurance that you are required by law to obtain.
